Launched in 2022, the Freedom of Expression (FOE) Project is an annual public arts and culture initiative exploring the intersections of human experiences and the right to freedom of expression for individuals of all abilities. The FOE Project collaborates with central Iowa artists of all abilities, working across disciplines and career stages to create collective exhibitions, public art installations, and community connections.
